簡述:從小在美國出生長大的ABC,7歲開始體重過重,也是從小備受家人和祖輩叔伯們疼愛,所以被餵養的胖胖又可愛。超級愛喝冰咖啡和奶茶,一餐可以吃到3000大卡,喜歡甜食和零食、冰淇淋。27歲時患有牛皮癬,容易過敏,有脂肪肝的問題。

心得分享:
I love food, I love eating, and I love eating food. As expected, I've had weight problems since I was 7 years old, and have been on and off all sorts of diets. I couldn't stick with any of them for more than a few months.
I lost 14 pounds during the 8 week program, learned about my metabolic type, and learned how eating different foods affects me. Since then, I've shed an additional 18 pounds, but the best part is I haven't been hungry and I can still eat a lot of the food I love.
"Give a man a fish, feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish, feed him for a lifetime." I tried to translate this into Chinese, but it turned out really bad. The phrase at the end is授人以魚不如授人以漁 I think. I'll be able to keep what I learned from the 8 week program for the rest of my life.
